Ethereum on ARM Monitoring Extras

This meta-package installs and configures the monitoring stack for Ethereum on ARM.

Features
--------

- **Dependencies**: Installs ``prometheus``, ``grafana``, ``prometheus-node-exporter``, ``ethereum-metrics-exporter``, and ``ethereum-validator-metrics-exporter``.
- **Configuration**:
  - **Apt Preferences**: Configures package pinning in ``/etc/apt/preferences.d/``.
  - **Systemd**: Sets up systemd overrides or configurations in ``/etc/systemd/system/``.
  - **UFW**: Configures firewall application rules for monitoring services in ``/etc/ufw/applications.d/``.
